Who is your Ideal Lord of the Rings (male) Mate? brought to you by Quizilla
>:D
I do not want to do homework... call me crazy, but I don't seem to feel like memorizing the names of every bone in the feline body, not to mention all the little holes and bumps and dents on the major bones, as well as the name of nearly every hind leg muscle... by tomorrow afternoon... *mutter*
My dad had (hopefully) his last round of testing this morning in the form of a biopsy. He'll know the results next week, but the specialist is 99.9% sure he's got something called sarcoid. All I know about that is it's not an immediate threat like malignant cancer, my grandma's had it for decades and isn't exactly in prime health right now, and it can be treated with steroids if caught early enough. I wonder if 2-3 years after development is early enough...
But, he'll be ok. For the time being. Not much gets to Daddy.
In happier news, I am now addicted to the devil of all anime... a.k.a. Love Hina. Dangit. >< No, like... it was sitting at home untouched for almost 2 weeks cause I wasn't there to watch it when it arrived, so when I went home Friday I was so antsy to get a taste of it, I had to pop in the first disc. I didn't want to get too far into it, cause I was hoping Dumplin' could drop by over the long weekend so we could marathon on it, but I figured I'd just watch an episode or two to get a feel for it. The next thing I knew, it was Saturday, and the final episode's credits were rolling. Then I started watching it AGAIN from ep 1. I should hate this anime... it's perky and peppy and cutesy and cheery and dorky and the characters are cliche and the humor gets really old after the same act of violence is performed for the 96th time... but... I can't help it. I am hooked on this series. I want a Liddo plushie.
What sucks, though, is that in all of its 25 episodes, the plot just draaaaaggggs. By the final ep, the relationship in focus - Keitaro and Naru - had progressed, like, ONE step. Then it's just... over. ><; It's a fairly new series, though... hopefully the continuation will be in my grasp within a couple years. *sigh*
