More adventures with Kazaa. Apparently the reason I haven't been able to download, install, run, etc. Kazaa for the past week is because the university is going out of its way to block as many filesharing programs on campus as they can. They've arrested students and confiscated computers, for crying out loud. *snort* When is this world gonna get it... they succeeded in getting rid of Napster, but then two dozen new P2Ps sprang up in its place. You can't suppress file sharing. It always bounces back. *sticks tongue out at OSU*
Ragnarok Online has successfully eaten my brain, again. My sweet little swordy chick Symone lives again, better than ever... she went from bumbling novice to spiffy swordswoman within one day, and now she's halfway down the road to becoming a knight - currently the highest swordsman evolution, though there is evidence that a third job class will be added somewhere down the road. If that ever happens, I suppose one day she'll go from Knight to Crusader. According to the graphics I've seen thus far, Symone will make a really weird looking crusader. ¬.¬ I'm still trying to find the right headpiece/mask/etc. combination to make her look cool as a crusader... and using this astoundingly addicting character sim to play with her look. In case you'd like to play along, Symone-chan's head is the same as the default novice's (the one that's already on the screen when you load the Female Sim page). That cute, stringy, somewhat untidy blond hair. Put that head on the crusader's body (bottom 2 rows, second column) - doesn't it look weird? :\
In the meantime, I'm also trying to settle on a good look and name for a female archer/hunter. I LOVE the female hunter. It'll be even cuter if I ever manage to find/afford that adorable Elvin Ears headpiece to stick on her. *daydream* And I want a female assassin/rogue too, and a male assassin/rogue... oh, and the female blacksmith is ADORABLE. Too bad you have to be a merchant before you can be a blacksmith. Ugh, I couldn't stand to be a merchant.
Dumplin' needs to get RO so she can ph33l the 4dd1ct10n too~ >:D No, seriously... you're right to want to wait till summer, the Age of Free Time... so if you start downloading from BitTorrent now, it just might be finished by the first day of summer! X3 *egg egg* Only problem is the file's a monstrous 570 megs... so make sure you have well over half a gig of free hard drive space first... I had to get rid of a few things before I could download it. :P;; This piddy 30-gig drive just don't cut it anymore... maybe it's a good thing I'm Kazaaless until summer so I can't download any more fansubbed Inuyasha eps...
I hate my geology class. But the teacher is great. Every Wednesday we have these literally painful 3-hour-long labs, and halfway through every lab period he comes in and walks around giving everyone cookies and candy to keep us going. ^^ This week's lab, he gave me a... oh, the beauty... a Jelly Belly brand buttered popcorn flavored CANDY CANE. *flies around* Jelly Belly buttered popcorn is THE best jelly bean flavor EVER, and I didn't even know they made candy canes, let alone buttered popcorn ones. Talk about a happy Becky. Well, until Becky went home from that lab and began the first of three days spent cramming her butt off for a midterm in the same class. Joy is fleeting. *sigh*
It's Mother's Day weekend. Have you hugged your mommy lately? :3
