Nephew is here. But I imagine his daddy will be taking him home quite soon. Got to stay away from him for much of the day with the excuse that I have a cold.

Spring is still a joy, of course. We've had highs pushing or even topping 80 all week, and now over the weekend they're supposed to fall back into the 40s. With rain. -_- If it must rain, why can't it rain while it's hot and sticky? Cold rain is blah. Oh well... hiding in the warm dry indoors cuddling with kitties works too.

And yeah... supposed to storm around here all weekend. Wonder if we'll get power surges to knock out my computer while I'm away till Monday. Probably. So close to finishing my ~1400-song playlist too. >> I think. << Thing's been running most of every day for a couple weeks, and is about 90 hours long... it SHOULD be fairly close...

Also, I've been randomly missing my Sims lately for some reason... but I can't play it because my CDROM drive is possessed. -_- I tried to back up my game data before the reformat, but I doubt it worked... nothing on this machine ever goes the way I want it to. So I suppose when I'm finally able to play it again I'll have to rebuild my families from scratch... all those months I put into the Lockhearts and the DeSukos and the Sanderseseses and the Camerons and... whats-her-name... noooo, I forgot my newest single chick's name already T_T I know she had a puppy named Hercules... >> darn it... wonder if I saved it in the ol' blog archives somewhere back when I first made her, cause she was all spiffy and I was all excited...

Anyway, maybe I'll go start packing or something... *wiggles*
